What does the project do and how does it work?
LO3 Energy's transactive energy platform Exergy is used to connect several of Marubeni’s power production facilities, including renewables, with offices and factories around Japan. Via a virtual marketplace. This deployment serves as a pre-pilot platform to test ‘simulated’ energy transactions with the intent to create a full-scale commercially operational network in the future.

LO3 is working with Marubeni corporation with the aim of expanding to real market place based on the pilot testing in a simulated market environment.
